From the moment you enquire to the final touch before you walk down the aisle, your experience is designed to feel organised, seamless, and deeply personal.

- Initial Enquiry & Booking
Start the process by completing an online enquiry form with as much detail as you can. I will review this and aim to respond within 48 hours to discuss your vision and provide a detailed quote. Once you are ready to book, you’ll secure your wedding date by paying a 25% booking fee and signing a terms of agreement. You will then receive a welcome pack with helpful information, including tips on choosing your look and basic hair care.

- Consultation & Bridal Preview
Approximately twelve to eight weeks before your wedding, I will contact you to schedule your bridal preview. Before this appointment, you will receive a form to share your hair history and inspiration photos, along with a guide on how to prepare. The preview itself is typically held four to eight weeks before the wedding, where you have the opportunity to try different styles, provide feedback, and finalise your perfect look. I will also advise if extensions are needed to achieve your desired style.

The Wedding Day & Beyond -
After your preview, you will receive a wedding morning schedule and an information pack to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. On your wedding day, I will arrive 15 minutes before the first service to set up. It is your responsibility to share the schedule with your bridal party to avoid any delays. Following your wedding, I will send a follow-up email to thank you, gather any feedback, and share BTS images of your special morning.
