Initial contact & booking confirmation

  • We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours

  • We look forward to discussing your special day, understanding your vision, preferences and specific styles

  • You will receive a comprehensive quote outlining services and costs

  • To confirm your date, please review our terms of agreement and submit a 25% deposit payment

  • You will receive an informative welcome pack that includes information on what elements to consider when choosing a look to basic hair care

Consultation & bridal preview

  • We will be back in contact 8 weeks before your wedding day to arrange your bridal preview

  • You will receive an information leaflet on how to prepare for this appointment, how to arrive, what to bring and what the appointment involves to make the most of your preview

  • You will also receive a consultation form so your stylist can understand your hair history and health conditions such as allergies

  • Supply your stylist with your inspiration images, ideally from our portfolio

  • Your stylist will review both, your consultation form and inspiration images and advise if extensions are required

  • This process ensures brides are informed, they have realistic goals and will get achievable results

  • The preview itself is held approximately 4-8 weeks before the wedding date. This gives you the opportunity to preview various styles, provide feedback and make adjustments

Final details

  • As a follow up to your bridal preview you will receive images from this appointment, the schedule for your wedding morning and an information leaflet to help guarantee an enjoyable wedding morning

The wedding day

  • Your stylist will arrive at the agreed upon location, 15 minutes prior to your first hair service allowing time for formalities and kit setup

  • It is your responsibility to disseminate all information and schedules to your bridal party to ensure the schedule is adhered to and to minimise delays

Post wedding

  • Your stylist will follow up with an email to express their gratitude and gather any feedback. We cherish the opportunity to see any professional photographs and hear about your magical day
